  •  Transaction summary detailed write-up:
    1. Who are the Lessee(s) and/or Guarantors?
    2. What does the company do?
    3. How long have they been in business?
    4. Detailed Equipment Description to include; Invoice, Vendor Name, Address, and Cost Breakdown.
    5. Term including Broker Points wanted
    6. What is the purpose (benefit) of doing this Lease for the Lessee?


  •  Current Credit Report 

  •   Personal Financial Statements for each guarantor

  •   Current Invoice 
  •   6 months current Business Bank Statements
  •   6 months current Personal Bank Statements
  •   Startup Questionnaire (if applicable)
 

2009 Tax Returns and/or 2009 Income Statement and Balance sheet with 2010 Interim Financial's MAY be requested depending on the individual deal.
